Welcome to Wells Beach Resort! We offer a choice of 4 campsite classes, one of which is certain to fit your needs:
Our Premium RV Sites offer a Level Parking Area, Carpeted Patio, Water, 50/30/20 amp Electric, Sewer, Cable TV, and High Speed Wi-Fi. There are three Premium RV areas: two areas provide convenient access to the main campground facilities and the trolley stop; the other area is more secluded.
Our Deluxe RV Sites offer a Level Parking Area, Gravel Patio, Water, 30/20 amp Electric, Sewer, Cable TV, and High Speed Wi-Fi. Wide variety of locations.
Our Premium Tent Sites offer a Level Area for Tent, Water, 30/20 amp Electric, Cable TV, and High Speed Wi-Fi.
Our Primary Tent Sites have no hook-ups and High Speed Wi-Fi.

• All sites adjoin paved roads and have a fireplace and a picnic table.
• All open sites and most wooded sites have lawn areas.
• Open and wooded sites available for RVs and Tents.
• Drive-thru and Back-in sites available for RV's.
• Tents are not permitted on RV Sites.
• An Extra Tent is permitted on Tent Sites for Family Members only
(mother, father, children under 21) for an additional fee.
• Maximum of 2 pets per campsite.
• No pets allowed on Tent Sites.
• Rates include One (1) RV or One (1) Tent, One (1) Car, and Two (2) People.
• Rates subject to 7% State Sales Tax.

Spring & Fall Discount Rates
May 14, 2010 - June 17, 2010 (excluding Memorial Day Weekend)
and September 7, 2010 - October 14, 2010 (excluding Columbus Day Weekend.)

Spring & Fall Holiday Rates
Memorial Day Weekend (May 27-31, 2010) and Columbus Day Weekend (October 8-11, 2010).

Deposits

$175.00 Deposit required for 3 days or less. $325.00 Deposit required for 4 days or more.
Holiday Deposit required in full plus 7% sales tax.

Your deposit will be forfeited for failure to arrive on the first night
of your reservation or if you register for less than the number
 of nights you reserved. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued provided notification of cancellation is received two weeks (14 days) before arrival.
• Camp-Credits will be issued provided notification is received at least 24 hours prior to arrival date. No Camp-Credits given if cancellation is received less than 24 hours before arrival date.
• No refunds or Camp-Credits given in the event of a Holiday cancellation. Refunds will not be given due to inclement weather.

All refunds subject to a $20.00 Service Charge.
